Percussion Composition and Arranging
At rmd we pride ourselves on being music-centric. Meaning the music always comes first. That also goes for our percussion writing. We have one of the most musical percussion arrangers in the business on our design team. Every effort is made to fully incorporate the percussion score in to the overall music score instead of treating it as a tempo device.
This much emphasis on musicality takes much more time and effort than traditional drum parts so we can only accommodate a limited number of clients each year.
We can also re-work your existing drum parts to make them more suitable for a music performance and more educational for an entire semester. Don’t forget they have to play this for a whole semester! And you get to listen to the results in the spring!
